We’ve put together answers to the most common questions so you can feel confident and informed before getting started.

  • No. Elyvia doesn’t provide care services. We offer companionship only — that means no medical help, no washing or dressing, and no medication support. Just time well spent with someone who wants to be there.

  • Yes. Every Elyvia companion is fully vetted and DBS-checked. We also personally interview them and only work with people we’d feel confident sending to our own family.

  • Not at all. Start with a visit or two. No contracts. No obligations.

  • We provide companionship services locally and are happy to discuss availability on an individual basis. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to talk it through.
