Our Services:

Elyvia offers companionship visits which may include:
   •   Conversation and social interaction
   •   Walks and outings
   •   Shared hobbies or activities
   •   Accompanied trips (non-medical)

Our companions are there to provide presence and connection only. We do not assist with:
   •   Personal care
   •   Medical tasks
   •   Medication administration
   •   Financial or legal matters

Bookings & Minimum Visits

   •   Daytime visits are booked by the hour
   •   Evening visits have a minimum booking of 2 hours
   •   All bookings are subject to availability

Payment

• Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking
• Invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule

Cancellations

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full

Changes to Visits

We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule a visit, and we will do our best to accommodate where availability allows.

Safety & Boundaries

   •   Companions follow clear professional boundaries
   •   Elyvia reserves the right to end a visit if safety concerns arise
   •   We may refuse or discontinue services where expectations fall outside companionship support

Liability

While we take reasonable care in providing our services, Elyvia cannot accept responsibility for:
   •   Events outside our control
   •   Decisions made by clients or family members
   •   Losses not directly caused by negligence

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
